Yes Jo, we will be going to stay with Miss Osc while the work is done on our new home. I was really surprised because she is normally very cautious and would be warning us against hoping it would all happen quickly - so when she said that to me this evening it was really It would be very weird to leave here to go on our holiday and not come back to here......... She was talking to the other solicitor today and his clients are anxious to press ahead, their loan is in place, there is no chain on either side so unless something major comes up with the title which is unlikely, there should be nothing to delay it.

3-4 months - we told them we would like to be in for Christmas, and I said I didn't mean the day before Christmas Eve
