When is a viewing not a viewing?

When the agent rings up and says that the clients didn't like the location

I am on hold to Hotpoint. I gave up waiting for them to contact me to arrange a time for them to come and fit the part to my machine. I am ringing them instead - or rather I am holding for them instead.

I have now been without my machine for almost 4 weeks. Sigh.

And I know that when they do come to fix the machine this part won't actually fix it.

When it first stopped working I got the local guy out. He ordered the part, came back and fitted the part and then discovered that another part (the motor I think) was not working. He removed the part he had fitted and put the old part back in and recommended that I contact Hotpoint for them to fix it as the parts are actually still under warranty. But he warned me not to tell Hotpoint that he had already removed and put back the broken part as it may invalidate any parts warranty. So I therefore know something that they do not know.

After holding for 10 minutes I got cut off.

I rang back only to get a recorded message telling me that the office is now closed.

Aaaaarrrrrgggggghhhhhh.

I will have to ring them back in the morning.

I am not a happy bunny. And I am definitely not a clean clothed bunny.
