disaster averted
decided to cook large piece of gammon today
cant find the huge pressure cooker saucepan to cook it in(must have thrown it away )
so decided to put it in the oven
had no honey or brown sugar for glaze
so chucked a jar of marmalade over it
well its roasted lovely and tast very nice
