The difference there Suff is that we stick to all the laws, unlike most of the EU countries who seem to temper them to suit themselves - which to be honest I wish we would!

Yes and the EU knows that they "tailor" them. Which varies from applying the bits they want to, to totally ignoring them.

Because of that the EU creates laws which are crazy, in the vain hope that the other states will apply at least the easiest bits.

The UK, of course, applies them all... This won't change any time this half decade...

But that's more a subject for the news board. Or philosophy...
