Good Lord Ton, only just catching up with this - don't blame you one bit for being scared; I'd be terrified. Glad the hospital was so good and efficient, well done them

As all the others have said - take it easy for a bit and look after yourself ((hug)) x

Thank you all xx

Popped into the clinic, with cakes and a thank you card - not something they normally get ;)

Had to wait to see the doc, as she insisted on seeing me, has given me a different inhaler, which I'll get as soon as the chemist opens at 3.00.

Bp back to normal :D

And I'm not the only one this dust and pollen is affecting, quite a few have also been carted off to hospital   Hopefully, by Monday, we should be back to normal. At least the temperature is down to low 30's, much more manageable :D :D 8-)

Ooooh Ton, only just seen this. What a shock for you both. Sounds like a severe allergic reaction to something though salbutamol can cause palpitations and headache. Hope you are now fully recovered. xx

Thanks Ped.

No headache just a heartbeat of mega dosh    200 - 202 scary

Now have a blinkin' expensive turbohaler - without prescription, 49.62   :o :o :o cost me 15. 62 8-)

Was told how to use it - by Felipe and the doc in the chemist - and of boy, did it work :D :D :D :D have to use it twice a day, until I'm happy - or until Felipe rings me ;) 8-) 8-) 8-)

That's what I like about here, we always have at least one doctor, in the chemist :D :D :D

Sounds good Ton x
Yes the chemists are brilliant aren't they :)

Despite spraying, I had a mozzie bite, which I'm allergic to, on the arm with lymphodema.
Ton came with me to the chemist, and the Dr there understood straight away, sold me strong antihistamines and told me to go back the next day if it hadn't gone down with 2 doses. Really impressive :)
