In my younger days, I have come home just as the milk man has been delivering the milk.

Have been home about an hour and had a coffee. That was after going out for some shopping. Up soon after seven, woken up with the rain again.

Have good day everybody

I always made sure to stay over at my future mil house if hubby and I were going to be home past sunrise. She didn't mind, left us to sleep in the caravan, and had a substantial lunch waiting for us about 1pm when we emerged. (Ie the caravan got to hot)

Someone remind me of this in 15 years tins when it is time for me to do it to my little darlings?

When I was 15 or 16 and going clubbing I'd be sure to stay at my friend Lisa's house as her parents didn't care what time we came home, or what state we were in. The only person who used to mind was her younger sister, she'd complain if we woke her up in the room they shared. At home I had an 11.15 curfew at 16 - the clubs in Birmingham were only just getting lively when it was time for me to leave
