Why must people walk right behind a backing car in a car park?

Insurance reason not possible here. It's not how things work.

Most likely to be a combination of b and c. Blind stupidity.

As Jacob and Conor are out all day at the Malaga in feria there's no need to cook for them today. :D

4 times!! Yes..4 times!! I asked Don to bring some chicken fillets out the freezer for our dinner.

Well tough titties Don and get your wallet out matey as you're buying a take away tonight now!

I've just decided on the spur of the moment that as I'm having lunch out with a friend today it is far too hot to be coming home to cook later ergo Don can take me out for a few beers, we'll watch the Celtic game in Paco's and bring a take away home in time for GBBO. :D :D

Splendido! :kick: :kick: :kick:

Off to tell him this revelation now.

[quote="Workingman"]On this one Aggers, I will rant the other way.

I note what you say, and I don't altogether disagree.

My argument is based on my belief that all laws should be obeyed, whether we agree with them or not, and breaking the law - any law - should be punished.

If most people do not agree with a law, then the law perhaps needs to be changed - by a democratic process, not by breaking it.

Furthermore, I don't see that the police have any choice in this matter. Their job is to enforce the law of the land.

My father in law did this the other week in a supermarket car park. The thing is he has tunnel vision, not literally but in his mind. If he thinks "Walk from here to there... go", he does it regardless of backing cars, people pushing trollies, cars or probably even tidal waves. How the lady in the car didn't reverse over him I don't know; but he barely noticed.

The insurance companies say that more accident claims, albeit minor ones, result from incidents in Supermarket car parks.

Food for thought, eh?

I shouldn't be let out alone.....

Small rant: Eating hot food on public transport.

Why do people do it? Coming back from town this afternoon two women got on with hot pasties. Not only did they stink out the whole bus, but watching them speaking with their mouths full was stomach churning. :x :x :x
