Oooh I say ;) :-P

Well after spending most of the day out in the lovely weather I feel a lot better, so might not bother with that appointment after all, after making such a fuss!

Walked into town with B for her eye test, she was planning to go swimming at the gym afterwards but after leaving the opticians she suddenly felt unwell - she went very very red and hot and felt dizzy - so we went into Nero's for a drink.............where I promptly managed to drop a tray and make a terrible mess!

The girls in there are lovely though, and cleared up very quickly, brushing aside my apologies.....Becky moved to the back of the shop, away from her embarrassing mother :-P Anyhow they kindly made us more drinks so all was well - Becks came home on the bus and I finished my business in town, and then walked up to see my MIL as she was expecting me, and spent a very pleasant afternoon drinking tea and chatting in her lovely garden 8-)

Then I walked home, made a quiche and salad for our dinner, and B says she feels better :D

It's been a pleasant day 8-)

They originally used google for e-mail, but suddenly switched to yahoo a while back and what a nightmare it was. Tbh it's still not anywhere as user friendly and I think they lost a lot of business because of it. Certainly the sky forum was overrun with complaints.

I'm glad I'm not the only one. I've just posted on Flickr and suggested that they give Yahoo the push.

Kaz wrote:Morning all :) A very early start here as Mick had a call out - I heard him talking on the phone in his study, assumed it was at least 8.30 as he's been having regular jobs to do that early recently, got up then discovered it was only 6.30 :?

Still not feeling too well, I've been meaning for days to make a GP appointment and definitely will today.

Becky has her regular 6 monthly contact lens check-up today, so I might walk into town with her - it's dry here and set to be warm and sunny :D

Kate it's good to have you back :D

Debih hope the panel goes well, and you get something sorted about the bus situation xxxx

Ally, glad you are home safe sound and back in the sunshine :D

Saundra are you still enjoying the cycling? :D

:D

Hugs for Minnie and Barney (((((x)))))

Enjoy the day everyone xxxxxx

Hope you are feeling better Kaz. I am sure there is a nasty virus going round. Took Gus to the Doctors yesterday, she is really unwell, headaches, joint pains, tummy pains and general exhaustion. I have had the same for around three weeks, joints hurting generally very tired. Let us hope whatever you are suffering with passes quickly ((((((Kaz and anyone else not feeling 100 percent..)))))))xxxx
