Another post bit the dust

We have a couple of hoopoes who visit our back garden every morning

We do too Ton..and a lovely bird (don't know what it is) with a black and green ziggy plumage.

We have green woodpeckers too
Not as many as we used to, they were particularly attracted to next door's tree but when she moved out the new owner (buy to let) took everything out
Love watching them, never mind the holes in the lawn

And blue magpies - they love figs, so we have to try and keep them off the fig tree
