I am on the phone to NatWest………39 minutes and 9 seconds!!!!!!!! And some idiot has just lost me and I have gone back into the loop.

Finances weren't so bad - 41 minutes from when we went in

Got our number and sat. And waited. Up comes our number, off we go to desk no. 7. No, she said, you need to wait for 1,5 or 6

So we waited.

Up comes our number, table one.

A very very nice young lady complimented us on being married for so long , took our fiscal cards, did some bits on the computer, Grumpy signed a form, then we had to go back to the waiting area for our number to be called, so we could pay.

Up comes our number and desk no 7, so we paid the princely sum of 7.82 euros for our new number for the house (the freguesias of Moncarapacho and Fuzeta are now one, so any-one selling their house has to have a new number )

Then back to the very nice yourng lady to pick up our form.

Back to the estate agent - and he's not in

Been there, tee shirt and all that Molly. It makes you want to slap someone. Then when you eventually get connected you have to be all sweetness and light and not even a little bit assertive because if you do the operator will accuse you of, "Being abusive to myself," and cut you off!!!
