I've just found out there is a full size Army assault course about 25kms from here and for a small fee I can use it! :D :D

I've always wanted to do this! :kick: :kick:

I remember going with my sister when she took part in a sponsored 'run' over the assault course at Whittington Barracks - it was fun to watch :lol:

My cousin did this at the weekend, he's taken part a few times and loves it (and it's so out of character because he's gay and pretty camp - maybe it's the lure of men in uniforms for him too :-P )

she is doing one nov2nd again has still got bruises from last one so good luck
todays bargain in morrisons
oats so simple 1.00 pkt (8 sachets in them ) :D :D

I remember watching the Krypton Factor years ago and always wanting to do an assault course. :D :D

I've just got the directions and I have to drive over Toblerone bridge to get there! It's getting better by the minute! :lol: :lol: :lol:

I don't often go to Morrison's as it's quite out of the way from the main part of the town but my Mom called me the other afternoon to see if I'd seen the ad saying that they were selling the Christmas tins of chocolates at 2 for £7. I hadn't but, bless her, she'd picked a couple up for me.

I just buy porridge oats, about £1 a kilo - no good in sachets for adding to crumbles, or making flapjacks or hobnobs anyway ;)

jo i saw the tv ad for chocs in morrisons
but didnt see any advertised in store today
dif i used to buy porridge oats but now there is just me
these are more convient or im just lazy
to be fare tho i used to so enjoy cooking/baking for my family
