Today I have been emailing the PAID clerk to governors about something that she said she didn't have.

I have checked and I know I signed it and left it on her desk two weeks ago.

She has emailed me back in a whinging tone commenting that she is getting fed up of the PAID clerk to govenors job at the moment.

The school are in a flap over Ofsted
They have an inspection over the next two days, a letter should've been sent home today detailing how parents can make comments...and guess what? No letter came home with either son! Am I being cynical thinking that they've delayed those on purpose so that parents have less chance to make their feelings known?
Oh, and 6th form have got to go dressed in formal wear  - just show them how they normally are fercryingoutloud!

Oh boy do I have some comments to make!!!

Here you go Jo - this is one way of putting your point of view across. Any comments on there should be looked at by the inspector.

http://parentview.ofsted.gov.uk/

If you don't get the letter through from school, or it isn't on their website, you can complain as they are legally obliged to send it out. If you want to make sure that the inspector gets to know your feelings you can send a letter in to them, via the school, or better still, contact Ofsted and ask if it is possible to speak to the inspector. They usually want to see parents to speak to them (at least they do at primary school) and the parents are generally hand picked by the school.

Thanks so much for that Debbie!

They certainly wouldn't handpick me - I'm forever pulling them up on stuff
