Lovely meal out

We didn't have to wear a mask to go in/out, but we did anyway and the owner said it's not bow necessary to see our vaccine certs. But I had them anyway

Lovely steak, very soft (and very rare to get decent steak here) for me, with a gurt lush mushroom sauce. Grumpy had black pork, which can be a little fatty, but he enjoyed it.

New waitress, she wanted to try out her English, so we spoke in Portuguese and she answered in English

Bread, olives, two main courses, with a salad and chips (no rice Ally ) half a litre of wine and two coffee. 32.50 And I brought some of my steak home, too much to eat

We had planned to stop in the bar on the way back, for another half litre of wine, but there were a couple of people in there we tend to avoid, this time of night. Completely piddled by now and not much fun to be in the same room as
