Aggers and Wendy and the Ostrich will probably go directly to the OC as they did with the OJS.

Unfortunately, I'm not certain if I will be in attendance. Thing is, we have sold our house / bought a new one in Dorset. The solicitors are currently doing their thing. But contracts have not yet been exchanged and we suspect our purchaser might be dragging his feet a bit (there certainly are reports in the Birmingham area of purchasers backing out following Brexit, I'm sad to say). So in the light of all that, I can't really commit myself this year .... shame as Mrs O was intending to come. Just one of those things - the house move has to come first, and we don't want to be too far away from the telephone. Hope you folks understand .....

Ossie, of course we understand. Life has to come first, but if there is any way for you to be there we would love to meet up again, and meet the Ostrichess.

If not we will be disappointed, but we really will wish you well with the house move.

Well, that is my plans screwed. :o

Sea World: £16.50 but with a timeslot. Miss it and there are no refunds.

Science Museum: £14.50, but the planetrium show is not till 11:30.

I only want an hour or so, but at those prices ... :(

It looks like a window shopping spree in the Bull ring.

Frank. If you have time on your hands, you might like to go and see the new library building,

It is quite unusual, and there's a smashing view of the city from the top.
We really enjoyed the experience.

I'd made a suggestion of walking down to the library at some point Frank.

Would break the day up, we'd get a bit of fresh air  and you'd be able to see a bit of Birmingham.

There are nice bars etc round there if we fancied a drink or a scooby snack. :D

OK, Ally, in that case I might have a mooch round the art gallery and museum while waiting for you all to arrive.

It is probably a better bet as it is just round the corner from the BR, and it is free. 8-)
