Good morning all, it's bright and sunny here but with a strong cold wind. I have towels on the line but have had to repeg them already  We had a fun weekend at a dance comp, but very tiring as Saturday night went on into Sunday morning well past my bedtime, and although I really enjoyed it, it does take me a few days to recover  Added to it all was a migraine on Friday (not full blown so I didn't take the sherman tank tablet) so I was awake a lot on Friday night, leaving me starting the weekend already very tired. However, had a great night's sleep last night and am almost back to normal. I just spent 5 minutes on a Revenue phone line trying to get a document for Mr. Osc - went through all the hoops and then was told that there would be a 15 minute wait before I could talk to a human person  so I hung up and will try again later.

No particular plan for the day, will walk down to the glass recycling bin with a lot of jars, and may walk along the pier, although I would probably need a face mask of some kind against the wind. Need to do some ironing but that can wait until tomorrow really ;) Glad to hear that Minnie is showing a little improvement, hope it continues. Have a lovely time Ton, and hugs for Loz. Have a good day everyone :)

Well in the end Mick decided he wanted to do some drawing, so I decided to leave him in peace and walk to town to get my nails done - one broke off on Saturday and although Mick managed to repair it enough with the use of superglue to look reasonable when we went out on Saturday night, it sheared off again yesterday  TBH the infills needed doing anyway! So I walked down to the Docks, had a cuppa and a read in my fave cafe and then walked back through town to the nail bar, then home.....

The sunshine has come and gone today, but at least it hasn't rained  :D

I'm on a day off today, swapped with Jan cos she wanted Thursday off this week - I was going to go out but the weather has been awful, very strong winds and squally showers - in fact about half an hour ago there was a terrific storm, the winds were gale force and they whipped the rain around a lot!! Scary.

Have spent my day off doing very little, and then I felt guilty so I went upstairs armed with the hoover and my box of cleaning stuffs, and cleaned up there. T has mislaid his passport and thought I had it, so I had a look in the place where mine is kept, his wasn't there :| While I was thus engaged, I decided to have a clear out of all my old bills and statements from years back....so spent a while sorting and shredding - lovely.

Hope everyone is having a good Monday :)
Gal
