Morning all :D

Very late up this morning, had a very long lie in

We've got lovely warm sunshine here at the moment, hope it lasts.

Enjoy Brighton Ria.
Have a lovely day Ally.
You'll love the show Aggers.

Glad yesterday went okay debih, very brave of you to have it done without sedation.
Also glad you had a good night osc x

I had a lovely evening with the coffee ladies yesterday, so pleased I found the group.

Rushing round today getting all the washing done so that we can get an early start in the morning. We're visiting eldest daughter M tomorrow, hoping she's got a date for the colonoscopy. It's Mother Monday morning and E's 3mthly check up in the afternoon, post about that on the health board.

Hope you all have a good day :D

Afternoon :)
Yet another horrid day here, dark, wet and windy...I was intending going out but shan't bother. Bb's out working and will stop for the few Saturday essentials on his way home.

I'm sure you'll still be enjoying Brighton meriad, but it is a shame about the weather, it can be vicious down by the seafront there.
Debih you were brave, blimey the thought of having to do it again :o
Jen hope M is ok, she'll be glad to see her mum x
Ally enjoy your boys, everyone enjoy everything else lol, and glad you're sleeping ok Osc, that helps a lot x

Afternoon all, been very wet here all morning, and now, after a burst of sunshine, it's clouding over again :(

I'm feeling very upset atm.....Jen text me when I was at work to ask if she could phone me, she had some bad news and didn't want to wait till she gets home from work tonight to tell me.....her dad's sister (who has admittedly been a very poorly lady for some time) was rushed into hospital on Thursday and sadly passed away last night. L was younger than me, and although I haven't seen her in ages, we got on very well when we did meet....it was through her that I met my ex (Jen's dad) all those years ago. I don't know if it's because she was younger than me or hearing Jen breaking her heart over the phone, but I'm really upset

Hope everyone is ok xxxx

Oh ((((((Gal)))))) that poor lady, and no wonder you and J are so upset! I am sorry :( xxxxxxxxxxxx

Osc, I'm glad the foot at least feels better even if it doesn't look it ((((((((((x)))))))))))

Di, the sun came out here in the end! It's glorious now we're home  Mick and I went to the PO - the local one I recently discovered is sooo much more convenient than the city centre one, plus you don't get interrogated as to parcel contents as much either! Not that I ever post anything contraband but the gimlet-eyed women in the city one always make me feel as though I'm doing something wrong. I got told off in there once for trying to post a bottle of perfume not in its original packaging! :? ;)  Then we went to the Quays for a bite as it's mostly under cover and it was still pouring. Mick bought himself a beautiful new overcoat in Austin Reed - he badly needed one as his old one is getting shabby plus it's too big for him really. Then we took a carton pf milk and a loaf of bread round to D's and picked her mail up off the mat, as she gets home this evening :) Now home to watch the last two episodes of Dr Who on iplayer, as we somehow missed them :geek: :geek: :geek:

Oh and I've booked for that Snowman showing at the Town Hall!! :Hi: :Hi: :Hi:
