You know - a couple of us thought about doing the moon walk next year but after we looked at the training schedule they recommend and spoke to someone who had already done it I decided against it. It means putting a lot of time into walking and I really enjoy running (did I really say that????) so it means that I would have to stop running and concentrate on walking instead - different muscles and all that.

I know Debih, but it was just a thought. I did the Moon Walk twice - first the half moon, then the following year, the full one.

Thoroughly enjoyed it, but running is something I can't do, due to various bits of metal in my feet

But if you enjoyed your run, then train up for a half marathon, then the full one, maybe ;)

And hugs for you and your mum xx

Morning all, it's dry here at the moment although we will have showers - they have had/are having torrential rain in the west and south but it doesn't look as it will be that bad here. If it had been raining, we were going shopping as Mr Osc needs a new pair of shoes but now he is going to play golf so I have no particular plan for the day.

Glad you feel good Debih, and a walk today will help the sore muscles. Hard day for your Mum, as the others have said the "firsts" are very difficult. Enjoy your time with the parentals, Ally! Have a good day everyone :)
