Morning :)
Very dull here and rain due later - I shan't mind so long as it actually waters everything.
Jen that did make me giggle :D

Tried to get online last night and we had no internet! It hardly ever happens but we've learnt it's more often 'them' so just left it till this morning :)
Oh and it's raining now  - weather forecast showed it not arriving till about 3 this afternoon, why do bother trying to tell us? :D
I'm very zonky today, hopefully will revive later but am not planning much. I've a library book due to go back but think I'll go online and see if I can just renew it instead.

Good luck at the hospital Ton, and enjoy your day and dinner Kaz :)

Morning all, dull and dreary here, although the sun made a very brief appearance and then b***ered off again  H/work and supermarket shop today. This evening I'm going out with some friends, we have been friends since kindergarten (60 years :o :o ) - one from NZ, one from Florida, two from Dublin, one from Northern Ireland and our Boston friend who is also home - although the others don't know that and we decided to keep it a secret, she will just turn up tonight. The NI is just a maybe due to family stuff, which is a shame as I haven't seen her in 15 years. Lots of catching up to be done, the food will be secondary I suspect!

Have a good day everyone :)

Osc that sounds wonderful!
Meriad Wimbledon via Clapham was the train I caught every day. :-). Ah slow overpacked trains in the middle of summer, brings back memories.... Odly though getting the trains in Sydney were worse, the doors would open to a sardine packed train and yet I always got on

More little miss looking after for me. I even had to ask the neighbour for help today as she still wasn't well enough to sit anywhere, and I teach gymnastics at 3:30, so she went to my 86 yo neighbours house and watch TV. I'm so grateful to have such wonderful neighbours.

I really hope she feeling better tomorrow as we are supposed to be going on holiday!
