I love pretending to do as they say and then, when I've had them on the phone for ages I ask if it matters that I have an Apple Mac rather than running Windows.

They usually put the phone down on me at that point.

My mum strings them along then says, ok I'll have to hang up now to dial the Internet. That usually does the trick
