Aw, thanks all - must say, from what I've heard it really doesn't involve much. Apparently a 20 minute procedure carried out under local anaesthetic; then rewarded with a cuppa and some biscuits. Hand bandaged for 2 days and then only a smaller plaster over it. And I'm definitely not complaining about the 10 days booked off work   :

Morning all :D

Bit overcast here, but dry so far, fingers crossed it stays that way long enough for us to pop into the village for a few bits.

Good luck tomorrow Ria, will be thinking of you xxx

Enjoy your day in Malaga Ally.

More packing/sorting for us today, thank goodness we didn't unpack too much so it's much easier than when we moved here, that nearly finished us off

Hope you all have a good day :D

Good morning! We are home, to temperatures about 15 degrees lower than we have had for the last 10 days (although in fairness, it was a bit too hot at times, but we coped  ) We had a gorgeous time in a very beautiful place, we were saying yesterday that with so much ugliness in the world, it is reassuring to know that there is still so much beauty and tranquillity. Our flight was delayed last night so we didn't get to bed until after 1.30am, just as well we gained an hour

The rain has stopped and we have the guys here "landscaping" our terrace, think it is going to really finish it off nicely. One wash in the machine, another to go and both suitcases empty ready to go in the attic. Miss Osc has invited us for dinner this evening so we will get to see the children and give them the little presents we bought them although we did Facetime a couple of times while we were away. Mr Osc has gone to play golf. Just catching up on everything, hope everyone is well :)

Welcome back Osc :)
from what I've seen on fb your holiday looked truly wonderful, hope there are more pics to come :)

Good luck meriad, yes it does seem to be fairly simple and straightforward, and good results too. Will be thinking of you and good luck :)
Don't forget if you get bored it's not too far here on the train ;)

Bb had 'a little bit' of work to do, which turned out to be quite a lot :D
I don't mind, all done now, then he was starving so is fed and watered.
I've been working on our holiday ;) :D
