Good afternoon my friends.

We've been for a shopping trip into town this morning, and had a lovely time,
and had a few bargains.

It's started raining here now, but I have plenty of indoor things I want to do.

Bb was home in time for me to go into town and catch the market

A good haul - all for £1 each:
Big bag of roasted peanuts
2 bags of Lindor
6 kiwi fruit
2 big punnets of strawberries (got to that stall just as she said 'make those 2 for £1 now')

I was so pleased I stopped off in M&S and got us a cream doughnut each
And it didn't start to spit with rain till I got back - the sun even came out for a while
All that, cricket on Tv and steak for dinner - I'm a happy girl

It stayed fine here, even a little bit sunny this afternoon - after we got back from D's I finished planting up and did a bit of weeding

We had curry cos it's cold today and thunderstorm tomorrow, so chicken and mushroom pie - home made, of course with proper mushrooms, not those tinned rubbish

But we might just have to go to Aldi and get some more of that wine, tis gert lush and sadly, very moreish
