Morning all, it's still snowing here - if this thaw doesn't materialise this weekend I'll be very stroppy   I'm so fed up of it.
Hope that today's hospital and vet visits go well and that D is okay Kaz :)

I'll be in a strop too Jo - we can track dowm Carol thingy from BBC Brekkie and post snowballs through her letterbox if it doesn't! :P ;)

D says she is fine, thanks everyone, but is quite happy for me to go up with a bite of lunch - so I'll be off up there shortly 8-)

Saundra it's horrid all this, isnt it? Thanks for the kind words but D makes it easy, she is a lovely woman, and I love her to bits :) xxxxx

Good morning all, it's not too bad here, dry at least and no snow, but very brrrrrrr. I've hung out a machine load of washing and done a bit of handwashing, and made a few phone calls. Might go for a short walk in a few minutes, and we are dancing tonight. Had a lovely day yesterday, we met a friend for lunch and then went to see Les Mis after that - it's absolutely stunning, I was mesmerised from the start.

Lots of vibes for Loz, Debih's dad and Millie. Have a good day everyone :)

D was fine, not even any nasty bruises thank goodness 8-) :) We've had a pleasant afternoon on Ancestry.com where she has a family tree - I showed her how to scan and upload photos so she could put them onto the site, and she's very pleased! 8-) :D

The snow stopped and it felt warmer on the way home 8-)

Good afternoon all.

Sorry I'm late but we ventured out into town this morning and came back loaded up
with M & S meals in case the weather gets any worse and we are marooned here.

It's been snowing, on and off, all day, here. But it does mean that the ice on the footpaths
has a layer of fresh snow on top, which reduces the chances of slipping over.

Hope you are all well and coping.

Good evening everybody.
Best wishes to everybody who has to go to the doctor, hospital, or in the case of Millie, the vet. Had a short snow flurry this afternoon, but most of the snow has now melted, leaving patches of ice especially on the pavements and side roads.
On the way home from dancing, the gauge in the car said it was +1.0. But it still feels cold. If it doesn't rain tomorrow I hope to wash the car to remove the salt and dirt on it.
