Morning all - a lovely sunny, but rather windy morning here. Got the windows cleaned this morning which is good. Today's job is to tackle the glass of the greenhouse and get that all sparkling and clean; it's well overdue :-)

Hope all the poorlies feel better soon - Debih, good luck with the Chiro

have a lovely day everyone

Ooo yes good luck with the chiro Deb, back pain is horrible! :(

Nasty wet and cold day today. T and I still poorly....I went to work yesterday morning but I really shouldn't have, I was sooooo hot with a temperature and even my boss said I could put the heater on (meaning he was cold!!) but I was like "Oh no I'm way too hot to have a heater on!" :| It was a mad busy morning too.....I seriously think my meno brain cannot retain any new information to the point that we have learned some new software and I really want to understand it (I don't) and on top of that we have some price offers running but there are so many variables I cannot remember which offer is for what......Gawd I bet I am a liability atm!! :| :(

So when I got home from work I grabbed a piece of toast and a bottle of water and went back to bed!

Feel a teeny bit better today.....no energy though, and the usual fluey symptoms. Quiet day in for us I think, Jen is on a long day shift at work so atm there is just me sat on here in the living room while T sleeps upstairs :| And I can't put any music on as he will wake, or hoover (same), but I have done some washing and ironing, dusted and polished downstairs and tidied up, only the hoovering to do when he gets up.

Have a good Sunday all xx

Afternoon :)
Thought I'd best let you know I'm alive :D
Still tired, days 4-6 or so after the jab always like that, plus of course it was a long day on Thursday.
Did go into town earlier just for a little while, but exercise/fresh air don't help, just have to wait till it passes.
Enjoying the cricket though :)

Hope the poorlies all feel better soon

Thanks both :)
I'll be fine; to be fair I didn't have time to recover from that horrendous gastroentiritis as I had to go straight up for Dad's funeral before I was better, then try and get a few things done, then it was Easter and youngest was here. Then the jab and the long day out Thursday - and from my notes the jab does really knock me back for a few days.
After that I'm good :D
