What I remember about Fruity is Rizla and Monkey the cats, the little doggy and the loss of her lovely mum.

I'm sure all those were Fruity, but about the lady herself???? I know nothing, such is cyber friendship

You know you can do it Debih :D

I did a charity walk of 5km, then did the half marathom, then the following year ended up doing the full marathon distance - walking.

Just work out your time-table, slow and steady, increase a little every week and you'll do it without thinking :D :D :D

  This did make me giggle :D

I know Fruity very well, she treated me, her, her hubby and another friend to a lovely weekend away (courtesy of the parcel delivery union she was involved with at the time) the week I turned 50 and we had a great weekend  She also insisted on a shopping trip/lunch to Bluewater, and treated me to lunch there! We are also very involved together in a dog charity, Dogs in Brazil ;)

Shell you would get on with her well, she is small animal (rabbits. guineas, fish) mad and as I;ve been round there I know how well looked after they are! Heated winter quarters, the lot ;)

You can drag each other over the finish line Deb, then into the nearest pub. All will be well ;)

I forgot about the cats!

I'd best start on the anti-histermines now!

Not sure about the dog unless it was a pet she had a long time ago, or maybe one of her mum's dogs? But otherwise yes, you're right :)
