Oh no Saundra :( I know you probably are already but just make sure you drink lots and keep your fluid levels up so you don't dehydrate

Hope whatever it is passes soon, but this tummy bug has been doing it's round and seems to be lasting anything from 2 - 5 days.

Oh no Saundra - I had it for a couple of days and it really wiped me out.

I'm at work at the moment but due to finish in about 30 minutes. Just finished my lunch (well, I may as well get paid for having lunch than wait until I get home) and then have a couple of little jobs to do before I get ready to go for my run.

Then home to take Millie out before getting dinner ready.

WW tonight and then home to a roast chicken dinner. Yum

Good afternoon all, it's sunny here but bitterly cold and very windy, we keep getting a bit of snow too. I walked into town with the boys this morning and the paths were okay until we got to the park and what looked like rain water lying on the paths was actually ice.

I've got some jobs done this morning, and Billy will be going for a walk shortly. I'd hoped that the temperature would rise a little so have delayed going out but it doesn't feel like it's going to.

Poor you Saundra, I hope you're feeling much better soon xx

Have a good day all xx
