Selling a car

How about selling it to your usual garage, the one who does your MOTs etc. I think that is what I would do. I know they would want their cut, but it saves all the hassle.

That was the first avenue I tried, but because of the age of the car they said it
was too old (7 years) for them to give a warranty so they were not interested.

I don't know any more than that.
