At least you know all is well Kaz and that's the main thing. H will be having a good time with his football chums and that's great. Shame you won't see him, but you know he is well and happy xxx

Good morning - and what a bonkers one its been!!!!!!!

We had a German couple ring our doorbell (we'd seen then mooching round yesterday which was a bit odd as our road leads up to the pine forest so only people who live/visit come here..oh, and the postman! )

Anyway...I answer the door and this couple ask if we'd like to sell our house to them! :o :o :o

I was struck dumb (a very rare occurence! )

They explained that they have family that live locally and want to move here to be near them and our house looks perfect for them! :o :o

Of course I said no.

I'm walking into town in a bit as I spotted some rather nice brown suede boots that have my name on them.

Beers and tapas tonight. :D

Glad you heard from H Kaz. :D

Have a good day everyone.

Phew Kaz glad you heard xx
Lol @ the boots :D

It's foul - really cold, windy and it is raining - right decision ;)
If it clears up a bit I might get up into the village.

There's a craft group meets in the church hall every other Tuesday, but neither Bb nor I are quite sure where it is, despite having been told how to find it :D
'What road is it in?'
'It's not in a road, it's behind the road, there's a cut-through by the shops' (end of information).
Which shops? - One Stop, Tesco, the butcher (now closed), the pharmacy?' (All in the village, on 3 different roads!)
So I shall have a magical mystery tour :D

Morning all :D

We've had a lazy start, only just having brekkie

Glad you heard back and everything's okay kaz, always a worry when you can't make contact x

Shame about your day out Di, hope you still get to go on Sunday.

Hmmm now I wonder if we should try knocking on doors Ally

It's a bit grey outside right now, but the sun came out by the time we got to the harbour yesterday. We need to pop into the village for veggies and a couple of birthday cards I forgot to get, so weather permitting we'll probably repeat our little stroll.

Hope you all have a good day :D

What a relief Kaz, it's a worry when you can't make contact isn't it?! :? Hope that H has a free weekend to come to stay before too long xx

Jen, we regularly get leaflets through the door from estate agents saying that they have buyers who want to live in our postcode area so would we be willing to sell.
