Good morning everybody.

The sun is trying very hard to shine through the clouds.
Have been shopping.
Now getting clothes out for the cruise.

Afternoon all. Its been lovely here all day although it obviously rained heavily in the night.

I'm at work although I'm finishing in an hour or so. I am very excited about my evening ahead. Mick is away working and the girls and Millie are staying at my mums overnight so I am HOME ALONE.

I am going to do a few chores when I get home and then lock the door, have a bath and watch whatever I want on tv all night, whilst eating the secret stash of walnut whips.

Hi all - am still feeling very unwell. Hauled myself to work as I have another day of no clinic (so only me shop sitting and admin) but for the first hour or two I was sweating like a pig, so much so I had the fan going and only a fine top on, then I was cold I have no voice and the people who rang or called in, all pretty much said I should be home in bed. Yeah, if only boss thought the same He is aware of it because he phoned about something and of course asked what was wrong, so I told him and his response was "Oh well make sure you get plenty of fluids down you" He'll be worried in case I do call in sick as we are short staffed all summer....but I couldn't cope with a clinic and may well do just that tomorrow. In fact I feel so weak and struggling for breath (I have a nasty chesty cough also) I am going to take the car when I go back - the walk normally takes me about ten minutes

Had my haircut, and feel much better for it - it was all getting a bit heavy and needed more layers Oh and for once it didn't rain - it's practically the law for it to rain when I get a haircut

Turned into a lovely day, apparently from Tuesday onwards it will get warmer and warmer and almost 30 degrees by the weekend Maybe summer isn't quite over yet
