Good morning all.

Just back from my second walk this morning, and waiting for the kettle to boil.

It's a lovely morning here.

Hope you are all well.

(I like science-fiction films and novels, but I've never taken to Dr Who for some reason.)

Morning :)
After yet more rain last night it's now lovely :D Dry and sunny, perfect for your day out meriad :)

Jen that's what I'd do too, I can't be doing with over-fussiness, if you're not careful you end up doing something nobody actually likes just because it avoids all the 'I don't eat that's
Ton hope it goes ok x
Ally and Kaz enjoy your pootles :)
Saundra hope your cold blows away (((x)))

I might get some gardening done too, it is a bit of a mess out there, the rain makes the weeds grow so
Bb only has to work for a while this afternoon, which makes a nice change for a Saturday, but it's already too late to get parked in town :? I might get him to drop me down there when he goes out.

Definitely Dr Who here - I was a bit like you Ally, not sure at first, but thought it was done well :)
Hope you all enjoy the day
Di

Morning all, it's dull here but nice and warm. Miss Osc and Michael have gone, they are all going to SIL's father and his wife for the night in Co. Laois. I think she is getting fed up with packing and unpacking now and not being quite sure where various items of clothing are! I have a line of washing out and another waiting. Think I will go for a walk shortly then back for a shower, after which I'm going to do some organising and paperwork to do with the move, now that we have a plan in place. I wouldn't watch Dr. Who if it was the only thing on TV!! Mr. Osc is doing lamb burgers tonight, first time trying them, and I have a lot of unused carrots from last week to cook off and freeze. Enjoy your day everyone, whatever you have planned :)

morning all...

Woke up about 7ish with a sore head again...i did have wine last night but this is day 3 of waking with a headache...probably a bit of a tension headache.

Got the washing machine on, so going to hang that out while its still sunny and then pop down to the town centre for a few bits and bobs, had a present made for my sisters 40th in a few weeks, so will collect that. Its a frame with sparkly backing and the names of her family all joined together in scrabble letters, her, her husband and 3 kids :)

I received some gorgeous pink roses yesterday from two nurses I have worked with since January, been with them twice a week at the hospital doing a clinic so will miss them.

Was emailed my timetable for my course the other night - adding to my stress/anxiety lol! EEEEK! I have 5 more days to work.

Amy has settled straight back into school and enjoyed a long lie, i woke her at 1015am.

Anyway, washing machine is singing to me now (it plays a wee tune when its finished) so must go.....hope you all have a great Saturday and big *hugs* to anyone who needs them.

Hope everyone has a lovely day. We're going to a barbeque this afternoon so fingers crossed that the sun stays shining. :)

Good afternoon.
Well the sun is over the yard arm

Have started the packing schedule. Got the garment rail down from the loft. Mrs.e hangs her clothes on it before she packs them. We bought it several years ago. Saves hanging them on the wardrobe doors.
Also got my small trolley and will out some things in such as tooth brushes.

Hi al - we are still awaiting baby news.....

The scratchy throat I had yesterday developed big style overnight - I felt like death all night, hot, then cold, aching everywhere....seriously didn't think I'd make it to work but I had no clinic today (so just shop sitting really) anyway I went in....felt better as the morning wore on but still very not right :|

Feel pretty tired too...

Hugs to all xxx

Good afternoon all! It's dull and breezy here but quite a nice temperature. John and I walked Billy first thing and filled a container with blackberries, they'll go nicely in an Eton Mess tomorrow :D

I've got some washing on the line so will get that ironed later. We also need to go to Argos to pick up a new iPhone for Joe as his has died, well new-ish. He's chosen one that's an A-grade Apple refurbishment iPhone 5.

Tonight we'll call in to see my parents, no doubt there'll be a lot of cake and tea :D

Have a good day all!

Awww, it's that time of year again when the season turns and the coughs and colds start  Hope you will be well enough to cuddle the new baby Gal, and best wishes to Donna for it all, will be thinking of her (((((((((((((((x)))))))))))))))

Jo I have washing out too, our bed linen which I usually do on a Monday, but this breezy bright weather today was too good to waste ;)

Osc I don't blame Miss Osc, it is a PITA living out of suitcases, but I hope they have a nice stay with the FIL :)

Cruiser have a lovely trip, we have one of those garment rails dismantled in the garage; it was very useful in a bedroom we had in one of our previous houses, that was too small for a wardrobe :)

(((Saundra)))) Feel better soon xx

Di I hope you got your trip into town, or failing that managed some gardening :) xx

Aggers the weather has been good here too :)

Poll that is exciting about the schedule, and the roses were a lovely thought :D xx

Well we had our pootle, just down to the Docks again ( :P @ Jo) for a nice brie, cranberry and turkey club sarnie (they are seriously delish!) then a walk around, followed by a quick dash to Pets at Home for a new bed for Fraggle (identical to P's as they keep fighting over hers  ) and then round to D's to check the house and water the greenhouse. She's been away all week, due back either tomorrow or Monday. It was so nice in her garden that we made a cuppa and sat outside for a while, enjoying the view and the sunshine 8-)
