That looks good Di :D It all depends on whether the remaining tomatoes ripen or not, which depends on the weather :roll: :lol: If they do then I think I'll give this a go, if not then D has a green chutney recipe and we were talking on the phone last night about me giving it a try :shock: :o :lol:

The moussaka was lovely, and half is in the fridge to be reheated either today or tomorrow 8-) :D

Moussaka is good reheated too - I like it cold too :D

The extra tomatoes aren't necessary, or even just one or two are good; the tin of tomatoes made into sauce is plenty but if you have fresh it adds more lovely flavour :)
