Sometimes we treat ourselves at the Scoop Shop in the Bullring. Have you tried the Vermonster flavour? It's maple syrup flavoured with caramelised pecans. My favourite ever was discontinued though - Dublin Mudslide. It was Irish cream flavoured, with choc chip cookie bits and swirls of coffee fudge.
