Poor you Loz, can you catch a nap? x

Well there are roadworks causing pretty bad problems in two places from here, and Bb has to go that way for the rest of his work so he's changed his schedule and has now gone to the bit near the nursery so I'll go another day.

Ironing towels has never crossed my mind

Felt really sick when I woke up as we'd eaten late and yesterday ended up being somewhat stressful so gave the gym a miss and instead took Billy for a very long walk which was really lovely. We were home and the grass was all cut by 10.30 before it got too hot.

Poor John's in agony, that was why yesterday ended up being stressy. He had to go back to hospital last night as he was in a lot of pain from his shoulder after falling off his bike last week (actually I don't think he fell off as such, more like a jump on his bike from a bank which went a bit wrong). Anyway it seems he's torn some muscles. The only thing that's really helping him is a hot wheat bag but with the weather how it is, it's not very comfortable having that on him.

Just waiting for it to cool down a bit so that Billy can go for another walk.
