Morning all :D

Bright and sunny here 8-)

No plans for us today, need to pop down the road later this morning to stock up with even more salad and fresh food for the weekend, but that's about as energetic as it's going to get

Waiting to hear from Simon the agent too, he's going to e-mail over some quotes from local solicitors, one of them from the company we've used before I think. When I've got that I'll ring the peeps who did the conveyancing on this house and see how they compare. Just hoping the guys haven't changed their minds overnight, they had already offered on another house back in early March, but the people selling haven't been able to find anywhere to move and don't seem to be in any kind of hurry. Apparently like us their seller is moving out of the area, Cornwall for them. Unlike us they're not prepared to rent in the interim if necessary and have really messed the guys about, saying they're going down for the weekend to look and then not doing it, that sort of thing. We've actually agreed on a timescale with them, end Aug/early Sept so fingers crossed it keeps everything on track.

Hope you all have a good day :D

Good morning all.

It's grey but bright and dry here, and quite mild.

We might go the the garden centre this afternoon, as we feel in the mood for
putting a bit more colour into the garden outside our apartment.

Hope things go alright with the house sale, Jenni.

Have a nice day, everyone.
Aggers
