Aggers, I regret that you will probably have to wait a while - I think we're all stuffed with scrummy food

I had this lovely sparkling Chardonnay 2009 to have with our starter. Hubby opened it and it exploded. About two thirds of it went all over us and over the floor!!!!!!!!!!!!! Then we had a rather nice 2009 Claret with our lamb. It seems 2009 was quite a good year!

Anyway, the rest of it was delish. We are watching the remake of the Thomas Crown Affair.

Hmmmm yes well, I just succumbed to some choc cheesecake and won't be fit for dancing yet a while   :? 8-)

I've been drinking a lovely Aussie chardonnay today - I resisted my favourite Pinot, I'm saving that for Friday as it's also my sister's favourite :D :D

Grumpy is nodding in front of the fire and I'm sat here, catching up with stuff.

Normal day for us tomorrow, so may need to go and get some beer

It was so lovely this afternoon, we just sat outside for a couple of hours - with a "few" beers 8-)

Had a yummy dinner, smoked salmon with horseradish and beetroot, roast pork cooked with a mustard and maple syrup glaze, roast veg and spuds, followed by some plum pud, meringues with pecans in and pear and cranberry tart. Sitting watching Strictly now, a cup of green tea by my side, and actually seriously considering a piece of Christmas cake  I've been very below par all day, still have the cough and feeling very tired, but we've had a very nice day - spoke to Michael and his mum and dad via Face Talk earlier on, he's obviously having a great time and his little cheeks have a touch of the sun on them. Hope to make it to Downton Abbey (and manage to stay awake for it too!).
