One of my brothers also had insoles and they were a huge help to him. His gait was 'out' because he wasn't putting his feet down properly. So having the insoles fixed the gait which in turn working upwards fixed his posture. Definitely worth getting the sooner rather than later.

As Frank says though - :o :o :o getting an appointment originally for March brought forward to next week - wow

S has had the insoles for her flat feet but was told that she needn't wear them unless her feet hurt.

I think I'll make an appointment for both of them.
