We sat outsdide earlier and it was 24C in the shade and struggled up to 39C in the sun

Popped round to see my neighbour, but apparently, it wasn't convenient and could I go round later. About 5.00 ish.

Afternoon all! It's a beautiful day here - sunny and quite mild with bright blue skies, although it's looking a little cloudy over the Birmingham area. I'm trying to fight off the cold which Tom kindly passed on to me again. I might feel up to writing Christmas cards later....or I might not. I know I can't put off writing them for much longer though!
