Good afternoon all! It's gone ever so dull here after a very bright and sunny start. John said the car had to be scraped, the doors were frozen shut and the temperature was reading 1C at 7.45am. I went to the gym and then took Billy for a lovely and very long walk in the sunshine. He's snoozing now. Going to have the post-halfterm clean up after lunch. They've gone back today and I've already had a text to say they're out early tomorrow due to a teacher training afternoon
Kaz, I struggle with the Vax. It's so flippin' heavy! I've been asking John to do the stairs for me for the last two years and I'm still waiting. They're not really dirty though as I keep on top of it with the Dyson but I'd like them freshened up.
That's the problem isn't it Jo, with the lovely light carpets they put into new houses Not terribly practical with kids and dogs
Mick is very good to give him his due, with stuff like that When we first got the Vax, 5 or 6 years ago, I could manage it pretty well, but now pushing it hurts my lower back in particular and my neck aches for ages afterwards - and then I moan! So maybe that's the answer - he does it to shut me up
