morning all ,shower overnight but does'nt look too bad now

beach yesterday ,first time on sandy beach for the little one ,they only have a pebble beach at home,and then we found a TOY SHOP !!

Morning Everyone
Woke up to overcast weather today, but it turned into a cracker of a day.
The pace around here hasn't really slowed down yet. We've given the go ahead of the deck and the shower door fix today. Hopefully they can do them before c/word. Cleaned out the chicken cage today, gave it a right good scrub down. a couple of loads of washing, Hippy, Sasha had Kindy, Geoff worked from home, the window man arrived, we've chosen the new handles and they are now coming in a few days. they were supposed to be doing all the work today and tomorrow. Drainage man has almost finished. I spread some of the excess dirt into some hollows in the front yard to flatten the lawn out a bit. A load of scoria arrived today, got another load of larger scoria arriving tomorrow. I also planted some pumpkin seedlings out, and another tomato plant, and somewhere in amongst all this I managed to make a bacon and egg pie for dinner.
washing folded, bacardi drunk, cat pilled and fed, time for bed.

Morning all, heavy rain and a depressed dog here!

I'm just pootling around as we have a TV repair man coming at some point. We only bought the TV 15 months ago, it's a Sony Bravia, and on Thursday night it kept turning itself off and the stand by light would flash 8 times each time which apparantly means call an engineer. It's been fine since though. Thankfully we took out an extended warranty with it as we bought it from Comet - we'd either be stumping up for a repair now or been unable to claim on the Sale Of Goods Act as the retailer is no more!

Afternoon all. Its heavy rain here too - its really dark outside.

I'm at work at the moment (just having my lunch) but am set to leave in about half an hour as I have shortlisting at school to do for a mid day supervisor. I could do without it really as I am so busy at work but as the head is off I am the only other safeguarding interview trained person so I have no choice. Interviews on Wednesday afternoon.

No plans for this evening other than playing with the log burner and watching tv!

its a bored to tears day here been knitting
and sorting my freezer out
made more space between all the bits and pieces i have in there
took the piece of pork out its been in there for ages so thats tues/wed dinner sorted

Well I'm still gappy as he's had to send it back to the lab before he can refit it! That will be next week sometime, they are going to ring me when it's ready
