Jasper sleeps in the kitchen, but when D is away and if A is at his girlfiend's I thought I would let him sleep on my bed...never again  he never settled. Now if D is away he sleeps in the hall, so he can warn me if masked intruders break the door down

LOL Loz, Peps started sleeping downstairs in her crate when she was little, then when we frst moved to Gloucester she was in her crate for a while, but then started crying a LOT at night - so Mick moved her bed into our room (I wasn't keen) and the rest is history.................

Thank you all, no the driving hasn't helped at all Saundra, can't be helped but it's a shame it all came at once.
We've just been through the freezer and luckily have the second half of a lamb tagine so that's dinner sorted, and some chicken that will do for sandwiches.
Still need a bit of shopping but not very much, so although I'll have to drive a little way Bb will come to actually do it.

Glad Aunty R's coming again Kaz :)

Good morning everyone in spite of the weather. It is lights on and pouring here, don`t know about the cold as I have not been out nor do I intend to go. :( Lots of sympathy and a hug for Di and anyone else by the wayside and hope Ally does not get trapped in Gib. x

Morning all. Its horrible here again today - wind is howling and rain is lashing.

We are off out in a couple of hours to a hog roast - fortunately we can sit inside but the poor butcher doing the meat will be wet!

Then home to slob I think.

Morning all, although it will probably be afternoon by the time I type and post  Grey and dreary here, but dry - haven't been outside so don't know if it's cold or not. Mr. Osc is unwell, he's not been the best the last few days, what seemed to be a bad head cold, but now I suspect he may have either a sinus or middle ear infection as he is dizzy and nauseous, so he is still in bed and he will be off to the doc in the morning as we are booked to go to Blackpool on Thursday. We are supposed to be going to a tea dance this afternoon but I will probably go on my own if he is ok to leave, as some people are going because I suggested it, so I feel I should be there. I've done an hour's ironing this morning, but the pile seems undiminished  Still ploughing through the holiday clothes and regular stuff as well *sigh*

Sorry your back is bad Di - hope you get some relief, I'm sure the driving contributed to it. Have a good day everyone :)
