I'm still shamefully addicted to some silly dragons. But they are starting to loose their shiny cute appeal.

Oh, and I finished Oliver's pirate ship long stitch last night. Can't stitch and type. ;)

Funnily enough, there was now't on telly, so I was on in and out of VV during most of the evening. :D

I'm resolved not to get involved with Facebook et al. to be honest; VV and a couple of other hobby-related forums is enough for me .....

I haven't been around here much.

I'm most often out and about at swing parks, soft play, museums, etc with Ellie or playing pet rescue on FB though I dont post there much.

A question re Facebook- do any of you have people on your friends list who you are confused about? I have quite a few who I know I know by their user names on various sites but I don't know who they are when they use their real names  I often sit and try to work out who is who(without much success).

I was busy doing bloody school governor stuff. All to do with this sodding uniform again!

The amended policy is being signed tomorrow and after that I am hoping that I won't be needed for a while. I have been very in demand by the acting head - which is fine as I told her to ring me anytime whilst the head was away - but the problems that the uniform are causing (still with this particular family) are causing her to ring me more often than I anticipated - which I know isn't her fault but is still stressing me out.

Then I have had a revolt by a couple of the governors over the policy - wanting to put things in a policy that can't possibly be put in. So last night I was emailing people a few home truths and using the opportunity to tell them quite how pee'd off I am getting with them and do they not realise that I am actually spending more hours doing my voluntary chair of governors job than I am my actual paid job. And as it is now starting to affect my home life I either need more help from the lazy arse ones or I will consider standing down.

I felt much better after my rant so retired to the tv with a large glass of red in my hand.
