Yes I think I will be making my feelings known - nobody else seems to bother but I think its shocking.

Amy's school have a place who makes/sells school t-shirts/jumpers etc, but I just buy her plain white polo shirts, blouses and skirts/trousers, she has a tie but they do not have to wear it every day, she rarely wears it, although I bet she will want to wear it on her 1st day! lol!

I don't blame you for buying the plain ones. Tom and Joe had to have a red sweatshirt with the school logo on at junior school and it was a complete nightmare. I'd have to wash them regularly throughout the Summer holiday, before they'd been worn, to try and eliminate a lot of the red fluff which the inside used to shed everywhere. In the end I started buying them plain red v-neck jumpers from M&S and they looked as good at the end of the school year as they did at the start and they were more than half the price of the sweatshirts too.

That happened with Amy's school jumper last year, every time she took it off her t-shirt was covered in fluff! This year she got everything from M&S and one cardigan from Asda!
