Good morning Saturday

Afternoon all, there has just been a humungeous shower, and I think the day is going to be very changeable weatherwise. I'm not feeling the best, slept badly after a big row took place out on the street shortly after 4am I have a headache too, which I had during the night, it keeps coming and going, so I feel very sluggish indeed. However, am just about to hit the shower and wash my hair so that might clear the head a bit, and I need to tackle the remaining ironing. Mr. Osc is meant to be meeting Miss Osc and Michael in the afternoon for coffee, as she didn't see him on Father's Day, but that will be local so he can walk there.

Afternoon All,

Weather here is rain one minute sun the next. So much to do, dont know where to start.

Went for my first park run this morning, its a timed 5K every Saturday, I am more a walker than runner, so was about last in, but its a start.

Ironing is taking over, but as the weather is so bad J is at home today and I have to have a movie on to iron

Stir fry for dinner tonight, easy and tasty.
