Jen, Ria is correct. We had nice seats, some of the seated people stood at various points but it never obstructed our view. You could certainly sit comfortably during the whole show! Do it, it's totally amazing :D

Ria and Kaz, thank you both, I'll look into booking. We'll need a nearby hotel as well, any recommendations?

Jen, the Stratford Holiday Inn, a few minutes walk from the venue. It was comfortable and clean, very modern.There was a Travelodge almost next door to the Holiday Inn, but to be perfectly honest I avoid them unless there's no alternative. There is also a DLR tube station literally yards from the Abba venue - Pudding Mill Lane.
