I am with Natinwide.

If I want cash, I either go to the counter or use one of the cash machines insiden the bank.
On the odd occaasions when I have had a query, I have spoken to one of the staff on the help desk near the door inside the bank.
At the moment the branch in Wgan is closed for five weeks for a major re-fit. So I am using the branch at Chorley.
One of the staff said I could use an app for my banking. I politely said NO, I can never rememberwhere my phone is.

Gosh Sandals isn't cheap, it's lovely, but usually booked as a package, I'm sure she's having a great time. It's very near to St Lawrence Gap, we stay in the Rockley area which is within walking distance so we know the area well. We actually pay considerably less for 6 weeks and that includes hiring a car for the whole trip. We always book an apartment through Airbnb, loads of reasonable restaurants and it's easy to get around. Tbh being able to go for a longer stay is one of the big attractions for us.

That sounds lovely Jen. Yes, those resorts are pricey, but apart from the few days they had in NYC in December, Em and D hadn't had a holiday since 2009. Em's mum was lovely but quite demanding, Em was devoted to her and wouldn't go away and leave her. They really deserve.this break :)

To be honest I think, like you, I would want a longer stay if I went that far away. :)
