A grey but slightly less chilly day here. The usual early start to get to my SW meeting for 9. I had a small loss, Emma was perplexed at a 2lb gain, especially as she's been up at her daughter's new house helping rip up mouldy old carpets and knocking out old cupboards, so lots of exercise. Her.daughter and OH have just got the keys to a cottage up on the Cotswold escarpment at Edge - a real project as there is no mains gas or sewage, and used to belong to a very old lady - but it will be gorgeous when they've finished it.

Fraggle had a vet appointment this afternoon, he might have diabetes so we have to catch a urine sample from him Hoping it will turn out not be
