D's best friend lost her husband a few months ago. He dropped dead very suddenly, but was definitely dead - they sent out 2 ambulances (one bike, one full ambulance) within minutes. Sadly the poor lady had a stroke that same day - that ambulance.took hours! So immediate response for a body, yet a living woman clearly having a stroke was left to deteriorate. She survived, but is severely affected, and needing a lot of care :o
