Afternoon all,
Son and family live in a village outside Worcester,been without electric since 6p.m.Saturday,we're at 4pm yesterday it would be back on at 6pm ,wasn't, now been told it will be 9pm Wednesday.
Getting no reply or help from council ,nat grid,housing people.
Currently sat in a Starbucks trying to work out what they can do.
Have been told they may get £85 a day compo,i would want a bloody sight more than that.
Obviously freezer and fridge contents are gone.

Hospital rang, as arranged at 4.00.

Gave me a load of details and I gave him a load of stuff too

They will ring again tomorrow and then on Wednesday morning, to tell me what time to get to the hospital. Spend one night there and then get kicked out

We can't get a train on Thursday, as not sure they'll kick me out, so getting up really early on Friday and should be home by midday

Perhaps their house insurance might cover the fridge and freezer contents?.
