Morning all :D

Lovely and sunny 8-)

Glad you're feeling better Kaz, sensible to take it easy today.

We're off out for a walk again shortly. It was so nice to be along the seafront yesterday, I never get tired of it.

Stay cool, hope you all have a good day xx

Good afternoon all.
Dobby the dog is here, our daughter and the rest of the clan have got safely to East Midlands airport and are due to take off any minute.
Glad you are feeling a bit better Kaz. I do envy you Jen, living at the seaside. Nitrogen in the tyres? That's a new one on me Cruiser.
I have been to the hospital this morning. Apparently I have inflammatory arthritis in my hands. There is another word for it but I forget what it is.
At least they know what it is now. They have also started treatment, this came in the form of a steroid injection into my right buttock.
The nurse said it might hurt, as she was injecting into a muscle (it didn't). I said well at least you've got a big enough target to aim at, which made her laugh.
They are going to put me on some drugs as well.
Have a nice day everyone.
