Morning all :D

Bright and sunny here 8-)

Your sunshine is a lot warmer than ours Ally.
Definitely a good idea to keep the winter clothes out for a bit longer Kaz.
Hope you're not too poorly with it Ria, so many people seem to be testing positive. We're being extra careful for the next few weeks, don't want to jeopardise E's op.
Oh dear Crommers, I agree some people do take advantage.
Lovely to have a little break to look forward to Jan.

We slept in extra late this morning, so only just having brekkie/lunch. We've had the porridge, toast to follow. No plans for the rest of the day, rotisserie chicken with veg for dinner around 6ish followed by strawberry blancmange with raspberry jelly for pud. Last ever episode of Peaky Blinders tonight, we'll really miss it, but there's talk of a film sometime next year............

Hope you all have a good day xx

Afternoon all, sun and cloud here and although it is cool enough, it is pleasant and we had a nice walk around the block. I had a big wash in the machine, mostly underwear, so I threw it all in the dryer which is something I rarely do. I’ve also brought the ironing up to date, so that’s me done for the day. I really enjoyed the Giovanni Pernice show last night, he had super dancers with him and two terrific singers. I had a great seat too, at the back of the tiered stalls, four seats in the row but I had it to myself.

Ria, I hope your dose of Covid is as mild as ours - having said that, I’m still a bit sinusy and tired, but well able to be out and about.

Good afternoon everybody.

After breakfast did the ironing. Then went to Tesco for shopping and petrol. Back home have managed to mow the lawn again.
Now relaxing. Will be dusting and polishing tomorrow as rain is forecast.
Enjoyed having grand-daughter for a frew days. She is coming again in June.

Have put a potato in the oven to slowly cook. I will have it with cottage cheese when it is done. May have rice udding after.

The sun is still shining but there is s cold wind and some grey clouds.
