Osc, as a DVT sufferer on control drugs my leaflets say tea, coffee, herbal infusions and 100% plain fruit and vegetable juices, (commutated or fresh pressed) so long as no added sugar / sweeteners, count as 'fluid intake' but no more than 150ml in any one day for the juices. Skimmed milk, in tea or coffee, also counts. I drink full milk at 4%, but I am a rebel.
My minimum is supposed to be 1.25ltr (2 pints) per day. I cover it with loads of black coffee and a couple of glasses of juice and a glass of milk. Saundra could do the same.
